Why Do We Need To Clean?

We need to clean to prevent microbial buildup and contamination in beverage lines.   This microbial contamination can be made up of any or all of the following:

Bacteria Mold
Yeast Beer Stone

The BLM 2000, along with proper maintenance, can inhibit the growth of these microbial contaminants and keep your beer flowing brewery fresh.  Allowing consistently fresh tasting, effervescent draught beer to be dispensed.
